NuSirt’s technology platform focuses on activating sirtuin pathways with specific combinations of leucine and other natural compounds and drugs. Scientific literature has established that activation of the Sirt1 and Sirt3 pathways can significantly improve insulin sensitivity and reduce risks associated with metabolic disorders like fatty liver disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular inflammation, and obesity.  

Our research clearly demonstrates that we can activate sirtuin pathways safely and effectively. NuSirt’s extensive preclinical work has led to six randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind clinical trials. These trials demonstrate that NuSirt’s products, including LEUSIX^® and TRIPLN^®, can serve as safe, standalone therapeutics or synergize with well-known pharmaceuticals. NuSirt’s unique approach creates the potential for lower-cost, lower-risk development of new pharmaceuticals and retail products.
